Profile Headshot

Ansel Adams famously stated ‘You don’t take a photograph, you make it.’ I think that this is all the more true in the digital world. Starting with a base exposure, the digital darkroom allows me to create an image that appears exactly as I envisioned it when pressing the shutter. As a scientist by trade, I enjoy the endless experiments that digital photography allows.

I look forward to sharing my images, ideas, and tips with you. Thanks for your interest in my work. I’d love for you to share your comments if you are so inclined. Hey Jarrod.
Nice website and blog. I didn’t know how “serious” an amateur you were. Pretty serious!
I once was a serious amateur myself, ever since my Dad handed-me-down my first SLR. Not so serious anymore, but i still love to shoot.
Funny that you mention GTD. I’m currently reading (actually listening to) it right now. It’s blowing my mind.
Congrats on the great site and pics and side-business.

Nice work!!! Have you found a way to achieve time dilation? It’s amazing how much you get out of life. Keep it up, I can’t wait to see what you do next.
